1. About Growpay

Growpay is a digital payment and payout facilitation platform that enables users to send, receive, and manage payments, bulk payouts, and related financial services, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Growpay acts only as a service facilitator and does not provide banking services directly unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use Growpay services, you must:

• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate, complete, and valid information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Growpay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. User Registration & Account

• Users must create an account to access Growpay services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed using your account will be deemed as authorized by you.
• Growpay shall not be responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. KYC & Verification

• Growpay may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including identity, address, and bank account verification.
• Users agree to provide valid documents and consent for verification.
• Growpay reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts if verification fails or information is found to be false.

5. Services Offered

• Payment collection
• Bulk payouts (IMPS / NEFT / UPI or other supported modes)
• Bank account verification
• Transaction tracking and reporting
• Other financial or value-added services

Services may change, improve, or be discontinued without prior notice.

6. Fees & Charges

• Applicable fees, commissions, or service charges will be displayed on the platform or shared separately.
• Fees are subject to change at Growpay’s discretion.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Once charged, fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

7. Transaction Responsibility

• Users are responsible for entering correct beneficiary details.
• Growpay is not liable for failed or delayed transactions due to incorrect details, bank downtime, or third-party issues.
• Transaction processing times may vary based on banking networks and regulations.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
• Money laundering or financing prohibited businesses
• Attempting to bypass security or verification systems
• Using the platform to harm Growpay or other users

9. Suspension & Termination

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if violations are detected
• Restrict access due to regulatory requirements or risk assessment
• Freeze transactions if suspicious activity is identified

10. Data Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Growpay, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Delays or failures caused by banks or third-party providers
• Force majeure events

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Growpay harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising due to misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software belong to Growpay. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. Modifications

Growpay may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
