• Duplicate debit due to technical error
• Transactions not initiated successfully

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days and credited back to the original payment source.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Growpay reserves the right to recover losses and suspend accounts involved in excessive disputes.

7. Service Cancellation by Growpay

Growpay may suspend or cancel services due to regulatory, compliance, or risk-related reasons.
